Session Bookings & Payment 💳
All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due before your session begins. -
Late Arrivals ⏳
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time. Full session fees still apply. -
Cancellations & Rescheduling 🔄
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. -
Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.

With more than 48 hours notice, deposits can be credited toward a future booking (valid for 12 months).

Completed Sessions:
No refunds are issued after a session has taken place, except in rare cases of service failure or error. -
Prepaid Packages:
Prepaid sessions are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or used within 12 months.
