At Sol Luma, all bookings require a deposit to secure your session time. Please read the following policy carefully before booking.
Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your appointment and cover preparation, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment:

Your deposit may be transferred to:

A rescheduled appointment

A different Sol Luma service

A name change (transferring the booking to another person)

Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the appointment:

The deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred or reused

No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will result in loss of the deposit.
Refunds

No refunds are provided for change of mind.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including illness or personal reasons.
Sol Luma Cancellations
If Sol Luma is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

A reschedule, or
-
A transfer of your deposit to another service
