Welcome to Sol Luma. By accessing our website, booking a service, or attending a session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Sol Luma provides wellness-based experiences including, but not limited to:

  • Lucia Light therapy

  • Sound bath immersions

  • Japanese head spa treatments

  • Head massage and relaxation services

All services are intended for relaxation, wellbeing, and nervous system support only and are not medical treatments.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Sol Luma does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Our services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

You agree that:

  • You participate voluntarily

  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing

  • You will seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if unsure whether a service is suitable for you

Please inform us prior to your session if you have:

  • A history of seizures or epilepsy

  • Photosensitivity

  • Severe mental health conditions

  • Pregnancy

  • Any other condition that may be affected by light, sound, or relaxation therapies

Sol Luma reserves the right to refuse service if a session is deemed unsafe.

3. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit is received

  • Accurate contact information must be provided at the time of booking

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of payment

  • Failure to attend a booked session (“no-show”) will result in loss of payment

Sol Luma may cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD)

  • Payment is required prior to or at the time of service

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind

Refunds may be considered at Sol Luma’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Late Arrival

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent bookings

  • Full session fees still apply

7. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

By attending a session at Sol Luma, you acknowledge that:

  • You participate at your own risk

  • Responses to light, sound, and relaxation experiences vary between individuals

  • Sol Luma is not responsible for any adverse reactions unless caused by negligence

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Sol Luma and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

10. Changes to Terms

Sol Luma reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
