About Me
For a long time, life felt like survival. I walked through grief, health struggles, mental overwhelm — the kind of storms that leave you raw and searching for meaning. Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started listening. That’s when true healing begins.
My journey into light and frequency work wasn’t planned — it found me. Through experiences with psychedelics, nervous system repair, and a spiritual journey, I learned that we’re not broken — we’re just disconnected from our own rhythm. The Lucia Light, sound therapy, and frequency healing became tools I used to come back to myself.
Sol Luma was born from that return — a space not just to relax, but to remember who you are. Here, I hold space for others the way I needed someone to hold space for me: without judgment, with deep presence, and with full belief in your capacity to rise.
