At Sol Events Adelaide, your privacy is important to us. We collect basic contact details (name, phone, email) for booking purposes only. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to any third parties. All personal information is securely stored and used strictly for communication and event coordination.

Accessibility Statement

Sol Events Adelaide strives to make all experiences as accessible as possible. Our igloo domes and setups are designed for comfort, but please note some installations may involve ground seating or outdoor elements that are not fully wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, contact us prior to booking—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Terms & Conditions

  • Bond & Damages:
    A refundable security bond is required for all hires ($500 standard, $750 for overnight packages). This bond covers potential damages, cleaning fees, or loss of equipment. The bond will be refunded within 3 days of event completion if all items are returned in the same condition.

  • Weather Policy:
    In the event of severe weather (high winds, storms), Sol Events Adelaide reserves the right to reschedule bookings for safety reasons. Your deposit will be transferred to a new agreed date.

  • Booking Deposit & Payment:
    A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Hire Duration:
    Standard hire is for up to 5 hours. Overnight hire extends to 12 hours and includes next-day pack-down.

  • Supervision:
    For kids’ igloo parties and overnight hires, adult supervision is required at all times.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations (Client Initiated):
    If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 admin fee.
    Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but deposits can be credited towards a future booking (valid for 12 months).

  • Weather & Safety Cancellations (Business Initiated):
    If Sol Events Adelaide cancels due to weather or safety concerns, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a new date.
