Sol Luma is a sanctuary for light, sound, and inner stillness.

At the heart of Sol Luma is the Lucia Light Experience — an immersive journey of

rhythmic light and sound that gently guides the nervous system into calm, coherence,

and clarity. With eyes closed, the Lucia N°03 invites the mind to soften and the body to

down-regulate, opening space for deep rest, insight, and subtle healing on a

nervous-system and energetic level.

Many people naturally enter a hypnagogic, dream-like state — the space between

waking and sleep — where clarity, emotional release, creative insight, and inner

realignment can arise without effort. There is nothing to “do” or achieve; each session

meets you exactly where you are.

Every experience at Sol Luma is intentionally held to support regulation, restoration,

and a sense of inner balance that gently carries beyond the session.

Alongside Lucia, we offer complementary experiences designed to deepen relaxation

and integration — including immersive sound baths, a calming Japanese head spa,

and intuitive head massage — each thoughtfully curated to soothe the senses, release

stored tension, and support the body’s natural return to ease.
